This is my first attempt at recording a gentle, fluid slow flow, a practice designed to help you soften, unwind, and reconnect.

We begin with a nourishing spinal warm-up, ease into a simple and mindful Vinyasa sequence and close with a restorative, guided Shavasana to help you fully surrender and release.

You’ll leave your mat feeling calm, grounded, and recharged.

It’s perfect for easing into your day with softness or winding down in the evening to reflect and soothe your nervous system.
